True, but even with a Shout Box, folks will inevitably post nasty comments. That requires having to monitor it daily and delete them. I know from experience when I had a message board. I don't want to be bothered with that anymore. Sorry.
The Pool chat has always been quite successful, even though the main site no longer exists. They still have a room but I don't know the web address. Elite Gold also had a busy chat room years ago. Those are the only 2 that I know of that really thrived.

NiceSmile posted the address of the Pool chatroom (now separate from the closed The Pool website) earlier in this thread: http://www.poolchat.co.uk/. It still has plenty of visitors, especially at this Christmas time of year. To be honest, that sort of thing works best if there are only a couple, otherwise the audience gets too split between them.
