She is too big a star to make a watersports video. Top stars still debate the merits of showing their breasts if a movie script calls for it. Top stars do not want to be seen as trashy. I am not sure but I think Jennifer Lawrence was wearing body paint in X-Men when she played the part of Mystique so she is willing to show her breasts to some extent. She would probably take the part in a major motion picture that called for a girl to wet her pants as part of the plot. She would do it for real and not do a simulated stunt. I would love to see that if ever was made, but , do you think Major motion picture companies would sign on to make such a movie with scenes of Jennifer wetting / peeing herself ?

It would prove interesting to see if any would try / would it be slanted off to a lesser studio that did '' B'' type movies . That usually end up being shown late at night on a obscure cable channel some day in the future .

This film is 30 years old and may be the only mainstream Hollywood movie with true wetting performance. Although I'm skeptical about the scene from Frozen, it may be real as well.
