Yes, I know that bwetfan. You have to have been around here a very long time to know how this site started and what was the original purpose of this board (wetting, as in peeing in pants). There was no doubt in the early days that this forum was pretty exclusively for wetting, not naked peeing. However, as with any forum, if not policed effectively, the influx of posters of other topics will inevitably change the nature of the forum. This is what has happened here.

It's kind of unfortunate that there is not a separate forum specifically for watersports, like with the photoboards, rather than having that included in this forum, "Watersports, Panty Pissers & Public Accidents". Perhaps the belief at the time was that this was necessary as the split into two or even three would make for more administration of otherwise less viable smaller boards. I don't know the reasoning, but the initial intention was clear - this was to be primarily for wetting.
