Hi all,
I'm also an old hand from the UK, here. (47yr old male)
First discovered Wet Set mag years before i got the net, from an advert in Forum Magazine in Britain around 1994. I bought the current mag which was back when it was a black and white amateur printed affair back then. After that i got a subscription and ordered the back issues, so that i had every WSP mag. (Was very sad to hear of the mag's demise recently, as it was unique)
I finally got the internet in 2002, and started posting on the old photo forum. I stopped being a regular poster a few years ago, but always dropped by from time to time.
The new forum looks great, and encouraged me to register.
Would just like to say Hi to Paul, and thanks for the continued work in the field.

I've been a long time lurker and occasional contributor since way back when... I've lost count, but I used to visit here at least 13 years ago...when the links page had a swimming pool back ground! (I'm sure there are some of us here that still remember that!)...

I can remember when Napoleon used to post nothing but shadows...and I can remember reading interesting posts from Frodo and Lionheart...oh those were the days!...

For the record, I live in the south of England, I'm approaching the wrong end of my 30's now, and I have worked in TV and Theatre for the last 20 or so years.. (I started young!!)...

I'm a little old fashioned, so I think it may take a while to get used to this new forum format...but hey...if it stops the flame wars and spam I'm all for it!...

How do you keep something like watersports out of your real life? I couldn't contemplate leaving it out of my real life.
