I was thinking that if my YouTube channel gets flagged again, and banned, I will create a new account, and upload my videos under "unlisted" and then publicly post the links on my tumblr account, or a new tumblr that I'll name "littlemisskou2" or something.

I think that is probably the best way... if you name the videos something mundane, like "Summer Vacation" and dont put a description, you will be okay.....

Well it looks like the YouTube Stasi got to her, for "violating community guidelines" of course but--also for "repeated copyright violations?" Well whatever, the damage is done. I hope you're able to find a way to share without the pain of the morals police, Kou. XTube or DailyMotion maybe, or your idea of just making the videos private and linking from your Tumblr.

It said copywrite violations? That's odd... I never used anything Copywrited in my videos, closest thing I can think of is one of my videos had a breaking benjamin song playing in the background, and I have a breaking benjamin logo tattoo on my arm that had made a few appearances as well. Idk.

It's just an excuse, nothing more. This is Youtube which is subject to the political correctness Nazis. They'll use anything to stamp out anything that doesn't conform.
