Thanks all for your kind comments. Gastonnc, it's real shame you don't post on the picture board anymore... I fully understand your reasons, but your contributions (and those of some others who have also left) are a big miss.

I don't get time to post all that often, but rest assured everyone that I won't stop posting here. A few months may often go by, but I'll keep coming back when I have time.

Sure, to be honest I don't remember too much of the detail about it, but I'm sure I'd have posted about it here when it happened. It would have been some time between August and November 2008, as I was working in London Bridge over that time and cycling home when it happened.

Not sure if you know Hammersmith flyover at all, but if you cycle Westbound along the A4 there is a petrol station on the left hand side, just before the flyover (at least there was, I haven't been back in a while).

That evening as I was cycling home, the traffic was pretty bad as it typically is in rush hour. I would guess it would have been around 6pm - 7pm. As I approached the flyover the sky, which had been getting pretty dark, opened and I ducked into the petrol station to seek shelter from the rain. Stood with my bicycle under the canopy, I was just people watching, waiting for the rain to ease.

I hadn't been stood there long when a car pulled up, a 4x4 type thing, not in the petrol station itself but in the slip road to the left of the start of the flyover, which you would exit on to go to Fulham Palace Road. A lady hopped out and went to open the boot. From memory I think she had grey trousers on. She was with a male companion, who was driving, and I would have said was about 35 years old. No supermodel but not a bad figure from behind. Her backside was soaked and it was, as you can imagine with light grey trousers, as clear a wet ass you could possibly imagine.

She grabbed a bag from the boot, went into the shop and headed straight for the toilets. Her companion parked the car up and waited for her. After a few minutes she reappeared, hurried to the car, got in and they left.

I had really wanted to head over to check out her wet seat, but the presence of her companion put me off. I always wondered what happened. The obvious guess is that she was trying to hold on in the traffic and couldn't wait any longer, who knows. Was lovely to see a full wetting, in central(ish) London, in broad daylight though.
