I think secretly a lot of women think this way, lhansen. Certainly, peeing through a swimsuit, especially when wet, is not considered "wetting" by most, and many don't even consider peeing through a dry swimsuit to be, either - "It's meant to be wet" is the usual reason/excuse.

It stands to reason then, that any woman used to peeing through a dry swimsuit wouldn't think too much of peeing through her panties under a skirt. Jeans or shorts would be a different matter, although I imagine the situation probably effects this.
