    An obsession of mine

This is not about me but it is a true story. I'll start by saying tHat I'm not into wetting myself but have had a lifelong interest with females wetting themselves.

Many years ago right after I got married for the first time my wife's BFF from college ended up coming for a visit. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer and more than a bit annoying she had a habit of saying that she needed to tinkle at the most inopportune times. During our courtship I managed to get my wife to indulge me a few times but it wasn't something that she did on a regular or willing basis. When Mary Kate would utter her plea for us to find a bathroom she'd usually add "or I'm gonna wet myself" for emphasis. Hopeful (and somewhat excited) the first two or three times I heard it I learned that it was just words to get some attention. One of the summer attractions was a carnival put on by the fire department. One of those travelling type things with a few rides and a bunch of booths with games of chance. After wasting a few hours I was ready to leave but my wife had it in mind to ride the ferris wheel one last time. I refused so she tried to persuade Mary Kate to go with her. By then I'd heard her empty threat any number of times and when she said she couldn't because she for sure would wet herself I told her that if she did I'd pay her $20. I was just saying it to shut her up. When she grabbed my wife's hand I didn't know what to think. It was about 15 minutes later when I watched them exit the carriage they were in and thought I saw a dark spot in Mary Kate's crotch area I got really excited. When the two of them reached me my wife had this big grin on her face and told me to "pay up!'" Then Mary Kate proceeded to turn round and bend over a bit and I could see the seat of her shorts were indeed wet. This took place right out in front of the ticket booth for the ride and I found myself being embarrassed not only for my raging hard-on but for her. Mary Kate taking the cue from my wife put out her hand to collect the $20 and I a man of my word took out my wallet and placed a $20 bill in her hand. (BTW: $20 in those days was a LOT of $$$) To get to our car we had to walk the entire length of the midway and as we did I kept looking for people who might have noticed Mary Kate and her wet behind but if anybody did it wasn't obvious to me.

This incident as innocent as it was at the time proved to be important to me a number of times in the years that followed. Theres more stories about my wife wetting in public but not for right now.

      Hi all.

I can most definitely tell you that yes! Many girls at Beatles concerts did in fact wet themselves how do I know this fact? Well way back then my uncle was chief projectionist at the ABC Savoy cinema in Northampton UK this was one of the smaller regional cinemas that the Beatles played and he often use to recall that evening and even more so the big clean up the next day! Referring to the fact many seat bases had to be replaced and a firm of specialist were brought in to clean the carpets in the cinema as it seems a lot of girls had just stood screaming and lots control of there bladders on the floor seats and anywhere they were! Also many were sick as well! Many fainted to! And the St Johns ambulance medical team were kept busy! And O yes boy this was most definitely the age of the mini skirt in fact jeans and trousers in general were only just coming in for girls then and still not worn by the vast majority of girls in this period in the 1960's even more so in a small quite old fashioned country rural town as Northampton was then! So yes many many cases of wet panties! In fact it shows how bad it must have been the ABC Northampton never had any other pop stars do concerts after this Beatle concert and went back to strictly films!

I can move the story on now to 1972! My mother some how got tickets for my younger sister and friend to go to see the Osmonds at there first UK tour they played the Rainbow Theatre in Finsbury Park London in early November of the year 1972! I think they gave 3 concerts there over 3 days I know my mum had tickets for the last concert as I was older I was sent along with my sister Jules and her friend Kate as kind of chaperone we then lived in Finchley North London so this venue was only and underground ride away! I think mum new it was going to be a bit wild! I think I must have been bribed by my mum to do this!!! It was touch and go apparently Donny Osmond, had flu by this point and was not well it looked as if the concert may be called off at the last moment! I remember on getting to the Rainbow theatre there was already a huge crowd of teen girls banging on the cinema glass doors! Chanting we want the Osmonds!!! It looked like the management were losing control of the situation would the glass doors hold the mass back or break! And in the end just had to let the screening mass in the auditorium! Concert or no concert! Donny came by ambulance and was smuggled in the back in a mountain of blankets! And did perform.

When they finally came on stage the screaming was just deafening many girls at this point or later or before just lost control of there bladders and there again many girls just fainted and had to be carried out by the medial teams on hand my sister Jules and Kate both had quite small mini skirts on still very much in vogue at this point plus I think my mum had realised they maybe an accident or two! And this was a better option for girls than jeans or trousers! Kate openly admitted to just soaking her panties at the point when Donny came on stage! I think my sister did also but never admitted the fact I remember a girl a few seats away being carried out after she had fainted she had jeans on and even in the dim lighting it was pretty obvious she had totally soaked her panties and jeans It was dark in there and you did not see that much but Kate on the way home on the underground recounted how seeing Donny just made her feel so funny inside she said and whispered I just did a wee-wee in my knickers! Her words I remember to this day! And my sister blushed bright red, I think Dear Donny had the same effect on her as well! What power a!

Do you think teens still do this at say "One Direction concerts today?" Or have we gone past the true teen idols like this that can come on stage and make 15 + years olds just wet there panties!!!!!??? All true above.

      Kev.

Thanks for that Kev! Are you the same Kevy from long ago?

Yes all you wrote rings true. The Beatles certainly had lots of screaming fans and yes, it was to my memory the time of miniskirts. I was only very young at the time, but I don't remember jeans, and none of what I've read of the era indicates jeans.

The Osmonds seem to have been a resurgence of this sort of behaviour, as if it died out some time after the Beatles, but suddenly was back with a vengeance with the Osmonds. And there was a further resurgence of it with Ozzie Osborne. I remember quite clearly reading an article about the experiences of concert venue organisers who knew that there was no point in having fixed seating, so it was just a free-for-all, and most of the young women there didn't even make an attempt to use the facilities, they just peed where they stood or sat. The venue had a sloped audience floor, and it all ran down to the stage, where they had set up large amounts of absorbent materials, which turned out to be entirely necessary.

Forward to today, and stories of girls at outdoor festivals actively choosing to wear black shorts and jeans for the express purpose of just "irrigating" the grass rather than bother with the facilities and I think it's obvious this behaviour hasn't died out at all - merely changed to incorporate modern clothing and situations.

Good to talk to you Kevy. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for that story mel o yellow. That was very nice.

And Kevy, I'll store that wet jeans image in my head, thank you for that. It's good to know the wear jeans wetters' at the time.

Lloyd, you maybe right. I hate it when women wear those black leggings. Such a spoil sport haha. Black jeans though, I can go along with that.

P.s. Sorry if I may have spelt your nicknames wrong, when I go into the reply box I'm working on memory!

So, Rayford, could you please post the stories here? I understand if somehow they are too private to do so, but if not, I'd love to read them.
Thank you Lloyd, Maria and Kalle for your interest. Please excuse my late reply, I had a pressing issue.
I'm now gathering recollections and notes about these "retro" wettings and will begin to post them as soon as I compose them into understandable reading.
Please bear in mind that peoples names and many places will be fictitious for obvious reasons and the writing is my own interpretation of what the notes contain. Many were written haphazardly and with bad spelling so I'm obliged to make sense of them the best I can.
The wife passed away several years ago and left this collection of stories she obtained from years of casual chat with other females.
Both of us were into water sports before we were married and lived a wonderful life. The hardest part of w/s was being discrete at home about it after the kids were born, making sure they were gone somewhere while we practiced our fetish.
Cheers, everyone. In my '70's now, will post soon....Rayford21

Actually, I don't know what my older cousin wore to that long ago Beatles concert. She was almost always in jeans, so I just assumed. But who knows. She could have been wearing a mini skirt. Us Chicana girls from the barrio were notorious for the shortness of our skirts, I got sent home from school a couple of times for the dreadful crime of visible underwear. In any case, I was kind of a fly on the wall, listening to her talk to her boyfriend, and it was clear to me even at a young age that the wetting incident had a sexual connotation to them, I remember it quite clearly because it was probably the first time in my young life that I made a link in my head between sexuality and girls with wet pants.

As for the carnival story, hmmmmm.... The writer (who is not the same as the person who posted) keeps thinking that this girl was not a fetishist. If the story is true as written, I have my doubts. If some gal makes a remark like: "Gosh, I'm just about to wet my pants!" there is a strong possibility that she is just expressing as a "lusty wench." But if she says it over and over again, like this girl, to the point where other people notice it as a personal characteristic, I suspect she had a bit of a fetish -- esp. since she followed up on her remark in public! I used to say similar things when I was into the dating scene. I would say things like, "Oh, don't make me laugh so hard, I'm just about to wet my pants!" And I would squirm and fidget on the bar stool and cross and uncross my legs. Of course I was trying to look for signals as to whether my date was getting a hard on about the whole idea. Most guys don't, but the number who do so is probably larger than anyone knows or guesses. But it is really hard to tell, because some guys do a really good job of hiding their arousal, because it is socially unacceptable. Once I actually met a guy who was bold enough to tickle me in the ribs after I said it! He got what he wanted, too, and that was quite a hot date, too bad we had nothing else in common.

I could make more comments about women at rock festivals, but this is enough for now. And I eagerly await Rayford's stories.

                Hi Lloyd.

Yes I'm one and the same Kevy that has been around this board and other wetting sites now since there conceptions really! I still come along and look now and then me and my late wife who sadly died of cancer a few years ago now also wrote quite a bit for the Cascade Mag in the UK long before the Internet came along in the early 1990's and I have been on line now since 1997! Hard to think it will be soon 20 years! Wow where has that time all gone! Thanks good to hear from you.

A few more points from those days its interesting to note the Beatles played the ABC Northampton twice once in March 1963 I'm told this concert was before the real hype and Beatle mania took off big time. And the concert was attended by as many guys and couples and seemed quite an orderly affair, If a Beatle concert could ever be like that! But move the clock on just a few short months to November 1963 and the whole aspect had changed this concert was full of the hyper screaming girls fainting and wetting! There have been some reports that certain venues one being the large Opera House theatre Blackpool! Saying that the whole venue smelt of urine by the end of the concert by the Beatles there!! I think these claims are wild and very inaccurate indeed! And I don't think that was at all the case at the ABC Northampton but yes sure girls did just lose control and wet! That did happen for real.

Coming back to the Osmond concert I was at the Rainbow Theatre in London in 1972 which by the way was the lovely old Astoria Cinema when first built in the 1930's. There again I don't recall the place smelling of urine by the end of the Osmond concert, sure from what I do remember the seats were the old tip up cinema / theatre kind but no one sat down it seemed to me the girls just stood and screamed the one thing I do remember is the most deafening noise of a theatre full of teen's screaming most cried as well and like I said were totally over come by this group and more so Donny Osmond! From memory there was no carpet on the floor it was a vinyl type floor! And like I said it was pretty dark in there when the band came on stage! And yes lots of girls did faint! There again the St Johns Ambulance were kept busy! I seem to remember they had set up a recovery area in the huge foyer area of the Rainbow Theatre! Like I said in my first post I do remember seeing one girl with wet trousers being carried out! But until she owned up later on the way home! I did not even know my sisters best friend Kate had peed her panties when Donny came on stage!! And like I said I'm pretty sure my sister did as well! I don't even remember getting excited by this then to be honest I was just so glad to get out in one piece and away from the noise! That's the overriding memory for me the noise of the screaming teen fans you had to be there to belief how loud it was!!!

A few years later in the London punk era! A group called the Clash went to the Rainbow and that night there was a riot people doing all sorts of stuff so I'm told to just pissing on seats to then ripping over 200 seats out and throwing them on stage! Are happy days a!

                Best wishes Kev.
