The clip concentrates on the car registration, so it is to shame the girl for her behaviour.
That she is driving such a car, very expensive in Cambodia, suggest that she is rich high society. She would not expect to be stopped by mere police, even if she had done something really stupid, like running down a pedestrian. she would expect that her money and position would get her off any charges, hence her rage at being stopped.

She must be desperate not to be able to hold in her pee, but strange she is not doing anything to help her wait, like crossing her legs. Too drunk or too desperate to care, or so stupidly drunk she thinks that the wet will not notice in the darkness?

Last year a Thai Hi So was caught in Bangkok, presumably driving while drunk, when she crashed into a parked police car. Lots of exposure in the local news, but police did not take any blood or breathe samples so she walked free.
Some press photos, which I did not copy or keep, clearly showed her with a big wet stain on the back of her white trousers. She had either pissed or shit herself as a result of the accident. last photos I saw she was being led away by a 'minder' and taken from the scene, while the police looked on helplessly.
No charges brought as there was no evidence that she was drunk/drugged!

Scotsboy; let's not get too involved with this sordid case in Bangkok. The details were published in the Bangkok Post news paper, which might still have them in an archive. Try Bangkok Post.net

Police did not take samples as she refused them. In Thailand a HiSo outranks any police, and there is not a penalty for refusing to give breath/blood samples. Minder quickly took her home and then she was 'too upset' to meet the police. After her family closed ranks and paid the dead policeman's family to keep quiet and not press charges.
Happens all the time in Thailand. Look for details of the heir to Red Bull fortune who is avoiding prosecution for running down a police with his Ferrari.
