This is a squat, not a wetting. There is no dialog. The music is awful, so I recommend either muting the sound or turning the volume way down.

There is a very good narrative, however, beginning at 8:00. She explains that she has a weak bladder, and that she can usually hold it until she gets home. But she is traveling in Los Angeles, riding in the passenger seat of a rental car, and they have been stuck in traffic. She says she has peed herself a little, and then provides an "update."

At about 9:45, there is a short segment in which she burps several times, which she and the driver find very amusing. Some may find this to be a turn-off, but don't give up! It doesn't last long, and it is followed by a more detailed explanation of her accident.

Too bad she didn't get any video of her pants. Still worth watching, in my view.

And one more

Also no wetting. Several girls are in a car, the driver has to pee really bad, and when they finally reach a rest stop, she is afraid that she will wet herself getting out of the car.

The whole thing is captured on video as she struggles to make it into the bathroom. She and her friends are laughing, and while she is clearly afraid that she may not make it, she also seems to find it funny. She stops several times on the way to the bathroom in order to stay in control.

Unfortunately, she makes it, and there is no wetting. But for desperation fans, this appears to be the real thing, not staged, and it is well filmed, without any excessive laughing or screaming.
