the pic is photoshopped, not a bad work but easy to identify. Look closely at the thumb of her left hand (that's enough to identify the fake pic), also the wet marks on her left thigh are to soft and blurred. The puddle at her feet are to artificial, like in animated films. Have also a look at the lighting, the photo was made with a studio light from the right side of the picture. Therefore the shadow you can see in the puddle is not correct.

It's based on the lyric for her song I Can Do Better but the actual lyric is "I will drink as much lemoncello as I can / And I'll do again and again", with no mention of pissing her pants. It does mention shit (as in something bad) and puke but not piss. Like the picture, the lyric has been faked. Relevant references emboldened below:

Great picture, but regrettably a fake, well done, but....
I have seen, for real, 3 girls who have pissed in their jeans, and in no case has the wet come above the centre of their zip front. Other pictures on FD and Bound to Burst confirm this. Pee stain on the front of her jeans will only be where it has wicked up in the fabric, as, however powerful her stream, it will go through her jeans and not splash up the front.
Looks more possible that she has spilled a big glass of water on herself.
