When you are that pretty and look that nice in heels and a tight skirt, it is certainly alright to pee in your pants.

In all fairness she was probably having a nice time, didn't want to get up and walk all the way to the ladies and probably thought the wetness would go unnoticed on a black skirt. Nice to think that some women aren't bothered with wetting themselves.

If you have wet yourself, and it looks as if she had, then the best thing is to carry on as normal and hope tha nobody will notice. Bad luck for her that the photographer was wide awake.
If she had sat on a wet seat, the stain would not stretch so far down her legs.
