I don't know but I found that whole photo gallery in general and the captions to be highly amusing.

Funny pics, but these people are from a past generation: Fat, drunk, tattooed, old, ugly. Probably drug users too. With this mentality they will die out soon.

In Europe this is no longer considered cool. Doctor's advise here is not too drink alcohol at all or not to drink more than 1 unit a day.

Red dress woman might have wet herself, but it looks more likely that she sat down on wet pavement.
With heavy rain almost everywhere, it would have been easy to wet and it not be noticed. I wonder how many did that?
Mini-skirts also look as if it would be easy to wet when wearing one. Blame any splashes on the rain.

The two women in the 2nd photo from the top

look like they were poppin a squat. Posture, location, using window ledge and car for support. Yup, its a classic pop-a-squat.

White T-shirt guy was probably busted blatantly watching, which pissed off white dress woman.
