It's not uncommon at all in urban areas for small restaurants or coffee shops not to have public restrooms in the place, but somewhere in the building shared by patrons of many of the businesses. Maybe Kelly just couldn't make it.

I saw a report about this in last week's Sunday Sport. Although I can't claim to have heard of Kelly Osbourne previously (that's how well up I am on celebrities) it certainly brightened my day and made the paper worth reading!
