The title of the picture; 'Katy Perry, wet panties,' could be meant to mislead us. Why has she been swimming in her underwear? Lots of reasons could be imagined. She was desperate and about to wet , so she staged an 'accidental' fall into the pool.
At least we can now know what panties she wears, and not have to imagine that.

It was part of a photoshoot for an advert. The caption was Katy Perry wets herself, but the video link no longer works, only the still shot. The video showed her pulling herself out of an indoor pool with her sopping wet panties dragging down and leaving a trail of water as she walked over to where the above pic was taken.... she could have had a gusher going the whole time and nobody would be the wiser unless it was yellow
