I never notice anybody else wetting, but I do wet myself when I go clubbing or to the pub. I doubt if anyone notices that I am wetting though - I am always discreet.

this didn't happen in a bar or club, this happened in a young ladys house.
A colleague and I had been sent to carry out some work on the central heating system, when we arrived the young lady who lived there said she was just about to go shopping. She had her hair done and her makeup on and was wearing a sort of jogging suit, to be honest she did look quite attractive.
When we explained that the work would only take about 30 minutes, she agreed to wait in and allow us to carry out the work, in fact, she added, she could have a beer while she waited.
We set to doing the work and I thought at one point that her grey leggings seem to have gone darker, it turned out that she'd been so busy chatting to us, that when she realised she needed a piss, rather than use the toilet she'd just decided to do it in her pants!

I dont' work in a bar but...

My girlfriend and I went to the bathroom - there was a line-up out the door of the ladies so I left her there to go into the gents.

When I came back she was still outside the door so I waited with her. The girl in front of her, in a "little black dress" was pretty drunk, but I could tell she was really desperate by how she couldn't stop crossing her legs and bending over. Just as she got in the door and I was about to leave she started pissing uncontrollably - running down her legs into a huge puddle! We were kinda stunned and at first no one said anything, but then some other drunk-ass girl yelled "that skank just pissed on the floor!" and the girl took a swing at her and there was almost a fight right in front of us!

I personally haven't seen anything, unfortunately, but I did hear a story somewhat recently.

I was with some friends and they ended up telling me a story about a time one of their moms peed her pants. They were out of town on vacation and ended up getting drunk at a few bars. Near the end of the night, they walked back to their hotel and kept drinking at the bar there. They were all absolutely hammered, and ended up getting into an argument with two guys who were also at the bar. Due to this, the bartender cut them all off and asked my two friends to leave. Their moms stayed at the bar, though.

As soon as they got up to their floor, the elevator opened and the bartender and another worker were carrying the one mom who apparently passed out right after they left the bar. They also noticed that she had wet herself, and her dark jeans were absolutely soaked.

They took her back to the room and got her undressed, and went to bed. The next day, the mom was pretty embarrassed, but said she had something to tell them. Apparently she didn't wet herself when she passed out. In reality, she peed her pants at the last bar they were at before going back to the hotel. So while they thought she peed her pants when she passed out, she actually did it an hour before and somehow nobody noticed. Instead of going to change when they got back to the hotel, she just pretended nothing was wrong and kept going.

Needless to say, I was very intrigued by the story. Specifically, the fact that she chose to stay in her wet jeans instead of trying to go get changed.

Oh, I forgot about something - I did kind of see something once.

It was a two or three years ago, and I was at a bar with some friends. There was a dance floor, which is where we spent a lot of the night.

Early on, I noticed a small group of people who were pretty drunk, but one girl in particular. She was hanging out near the wall and could barely stand, so she was constantly hanging onto her boyfriend.

I was honestly surprised that she hadn't been kicked out because it was very obvious. Her boyfriend should've taken her home, but it seemed he wasn't quite ready to go.

Well, eventually, she had to pee. She was so out of it that she pulled down her panties, hiked up her dress, and tried to squat. Her boyfriend and another friend noticed pretty quickly and corralled her and they left since she was definitely going to be kicked out after that.

With it being so dark and kind of crowded, I didn't see anything and couldn't tell if she actually started peeing. If she did, it wasn't much because I didn't see a huge puddle or anything.

But if she had to pee bad enough that she squatted in the middle of a dance floor, I have a hard time believing she made it home without having an accident.
