There isn't some magical way of looking at a video and knowing beyond a doubt it's copyrighted unless there's actually a watermark on it or you've seen it before. Also posting one copyrighted thing on a forum (and subsequently removing it upon finding out) is a far cry from knowingly hosting an entire website full of various copyrighted and non-copyrighted material and making people pay for access. Note that I'm not an expert on what actually went down with Maxie, but if I'm totally wrong I'm sure someone can correct me.

That said, given how you once called Nikki a dictator for expressing an opinion about a particularly whiny user, I shouldn't be surprised either at your desperation to find something to be mad about or your use of extreme false equivalency in the process.

I'm interested to know just how I would know a clip was copyright, when its logo has been removed, unless the owner of the clip (or someone else that knows) informed me.

If this is the video I think it is, then you can find it for free download at the B2B site. So while it may be copyrighted, I don't see this being as big a problem as one of the non-free videos being posted.

Hello you are an expert in copyrighted material now, you are so intelligent and wonderful, I stand in awe of you.
Let me help you out here, every photograph, video, text, music, artwork anything that you or your fellow complainers submit, write or just abuse someone is copyrighted. Anything published to this website belongs to someone else if not yours and is copyrighted if you post any image or video to this site without the copyright owners permission breaches that persons copyright and you and this website are breaking international copyright laws. So really you cannot allow one image posted on here and not allowing a different image because you are still breaching copyright laws unless you have WRITTEN and not VERBAL permission. Just because its on the internet doesn't make it public access material of as other have quoted wrongly 'Its in the public domain so I can use it' BULLSHITE take a look at the Berne Convention is the primary international legislation covering copyright protection.
