This kind of thing is pretty common among female athletes and, AFAIK, is accepted as part of the sport.

Happy cry because she was able to lift the weight. The pee is pretty common and I bet she doesn't care at all.

Female Weightlifter Peeing

Only wish the resolution was higher. Yes, it is common. I have a pic from a couple of years ago of a gymnast doing a slow routine on the balance bars and she's bent over backwards towards the camera that is looking down her body and her crotch mound is prominently shown with a fountain of pee in the air over her lady parts in her tights. Scrumptious to say the least.
