Hi Patches,

I am a bit surprised you have posted a link to this pirated video from Jayne's site on **********, given the normal policy. She did stop producing several years ago, but I imagine she still gets money from sales, so I guess the situation is similar to someone posting a pirated copy of a Patches video, which I am not sure would be allowed.

Thanks, Wet Trousers, sometimes I need to be reminded of the rules I am supposed to be enforcing. I know Jayne did videos for B2B and I realized this was not one of them. If it was one of the video producers represented on the Patches' Place website, I would not have posted the link. In the past, I have posted links to other clips that are made by other companies but not represented by Patches' Place such as RealWetting and LoveWetting so I just categorized this clip in the same way.

I should be more careful and not do things I would not want done to me. I cringe whenever I see Patches clips or even whole video titles available online. I used to issue DMCA notices but it is like playing whack-a-mole so as soon as one is taken down, others pop up to replace it. That is not really my job to do anymore but I still don't like it. Plus many of those video sharing sites are in eastern Europe or Russia and they often just ignore take down notices because they know no one can do anything about it if they are in the west.

I am going to remove the link I posted above but leave this thread as a reminder to others (and to myself) that this should not be done!

And yet here you are, hypocritically doing the EXACT same thing you're accusing someone else of doing, you're trying to guilt and subsequently publicly shame someone for doing the right thing. Patches themselves even admitted it was wrong to do that, but instead you chose this as an opportunity to attack someone else. And you're attacking them for what has been said by Patches for them doing the right thing, which you've hilariously avoided addressing in any way.

Since you appear to be full of unsolicited advice and judgement for others - here's a therapy idea for you. You should seriously, and I mean VERY seriously, think about talking to somebody about where this uncontrolled bitterness and anger comes from in your life and why you would trend towards using an anonymous forum like this to attack others. It's obvious that you don't realize this, but it's highly likely that "most of the board feels" like you're an insecure little bully.

It seems Peevert was accusing me of posting the answer to him. I didn't, it was someone else who finds his behaviour offensive. Personally, I didn't, he always posts like this driving people away from forums (that's why he's banned on some), so I ignore him and I was too busy laughing because you don't often see someone with an ass-hole where their head normally is.

Patches explained one time why things like theft are wrong, maybe she can post a link. I think most people get that you shouldn't steal, either someone's intellectual property or a shop heist with a gun. At one time, this was how Jayne made a living, so the consequence could have harmed her by reducing her income. As we haven't heard from her for years and she moved across the country for love, I suspect all it now does is snatch a few candies from her child's or children's mouth(s).

Jayne didn't protect her material from being archived so, as 2prnot2p pointed out, the majority of any harm arises from her own error. But Patches will still uphold decency and the rights of others in the industry, as will I. Otherwise, it won't pay and there won't be any new content apart from a few exhibitionists posting for free. Some people are too stupid or selfish to care about that but I would like future generations to be able to enjoy watersports content and have fun like we do.
