Authentic first-person narrative from a girl who wet herself while running a half-marathon on a beach in Florida. There is a photo of the blogger, and a few small pics from the race on the beach. No pics of the wet pants. There is one photo of her lower legs and shoes, but I don't really see any wetness. May have been taken before the race began.
This is from May, 2018; new to me. Good amount of detail about what she experienced physically and what she was thinking.
Yes, runners wet themselves a lot. But it doesn't sound like something that happens to her often. That said, she probably is not terribly embarrassed about it, precisely because other runners understand, and do it all the time.
