In this video, a UK TV personality tries--for what appears to be the first time for her--a workout that involves the use of mild electrical stimulation that causes certain muscles to contract. This is sometimes referred to as electrical muscle stimulation, or EMS.
With a couple of experts or trainers adjusting the strength of the electrical impulses for her, it has some unintended consequences.
Dark, tight workout pants, so no visible wetness. But she definitely pees, and it goes right through her pants, and you can see a small puddle on the floor. And they talk about it.
