I found the original video on YouTube. Start at 15:00. The funny thing is that the girl with the yellow shirt says she tries not to pee her pants during this exercise, while the girl in the red shirts starts to soak her gray shorts moments later. At 19:55 she seems to touch the wet spot with hands, like she wants to find out how bad the damage is and hide it for the camera at the same time.

As far as I can see, the peeing happens when she lies on her back doing her exercises.
First between 9:45 and 10:40, and then more between 14:15 and 15:15
And I guess even more later on
