Reason for Link Removal
I have removed the link posted by M_F out of an abundance of caution. The link that M_F posted did NOT contain any underage content. However, other links on the website MAY contain underage material. I did a quick look at the video content myself and did not see any underage material but I did not do a thorough inspection of the content on the website.
Since Wet Set is an adult website, it is held to a different standard than websites that do not promote adult content. For example, I recently found a video clip on YouTube of a young girl who looked like she was about 10 years old. She had her own channel and one of her viewers challenged her to do the "wet your pants challenge." She did it and posted the clip of wetting herself. Since YouTube is not considered an adult site, this video clip posted by this 10 year old might be considered cute and daring. Since Wet Set is an adult site with a focus on watersports, a link to this video clip on YouTube could be considered child pornography. Credit card companies are particularly sensitive to any interpretation of child pornography and in the past, Wet Set has lost the ability to find a credit processor because of questionable content on their website. To be clear, Wet Set has never promoted child pornography or offered any content involving minors. However, content posted by others on this forum can be a liability, especially if it is scrutinized by credit card companies. Therefore, I have removed the link that M_F posted because of the possibility that the website might contain underage material. M_F did nothing wrong and his link did not contain any underage content. I am explaining all this so everyone understands why we have to be very careful about links we post and even what we say in this forum.
Some of you may remember that Flo and Ann had to remove all the stories posted on Patches' Place a few years ago. They had to do this because a few of the stories had references to minors involved in watersports activity. While it would have been nice to just remove any stories with references to minors, they did not have time to do that because they only had a few days to remove any references to a variety of subjects anywhere on the website not only to minors but also to rape, snuff, forced sexual acts, etc. This had to be done quickly while discussions were being held with a credit card processing company.
Please don't blame the messenger. I am not the moral police. If fact, I have made mistakes in these areas too so I am sympathetic and tolerant when someone else slips up. I just want everyone to know the reasons we need to be very cautious in certain areas.Comment
