Not sure how much attention you paid to the story but the main female character "Candy" comes to the realisation that she had been doing it on purpose for years, when she thinks back to a few of her wetting incidents in her past which she had never really given much thought to, until she had to go without sex long enough to actually get horny enough to have the time to think things over in a sexual context.

Enhancing this is the fact part of her medical condition requires her drinking lots of water. She would have been in a variety of places during past summers in her swim suits, not just the beach, since in the story she lives quite a distance from the beach - so she would have been doing it just around town and in her own yard and when socialising with friends, at barbeques, pool parties, outdoor dinner partys, summer house parties or even at school if there was occasion to have a swim suit.

She took it so much for granted that when she planned her trip her clothing selections specicially catered for her being able to wet herself both covertly or obviously.

The plot device was Visually she was so striking that most observers wouldn't complain at all. Imagine you see a hot girl, bending over or something, hottest thing on two legs in a room, but she is pissing herself. You may know she has a medical condition that may sometimes cause her to have accidents. You'd probably get over it. and not be bothered. Most people dont enquire to the specifics of a medial issue and make assumptions.

But also she had been using the excuse of missing her meds; deliberately now that she had reflected on it a bit, to have accidents as well, not just in swimsuits. PS: I've revised the story a little and fixed a few errors. tho the paragraphs are all wacky. I also added 2 more lines to the end, and sexed up the final encounter a tiny bit more.
