Boiling Point - S01E04 2023

At the beginning of the fourth episode of season one of BBC series 'Boiling Point' Robyn (Áine Rose Daly) goes to an acting audition before her work in a restaurant. You hear her stomach rumbling and she asks the receptionist if there is a toilet, but its out of order. She goes outside looking for a toilet but doesn't make it in time. She closes her eyes in a corner and poops her pants. You see her clean up after the opening credits.
After cleaning up, she goes to work, but her boss is angry that she's late. She is clearly upset by the incident. Later, she has a conversation with her boss in the back of a taxi and admits what happened and that she suffers from Crohn's Disease. He feels awful for shouting at her earlier in the day but then they laugh it away. They are clearly good friends.
