Hard to say. It doesn't look real at first glance, but there is a relatively common antibiotic prescribed for non-specific UTIs that turns your pee that strong orange-yellow that you see.

I believe this is supposedly showing the chemical they put in pools to that turns your pee colors, making a pool pisser easily identifiable.

As far as I am aware that's really an urban legend, so the coloring is probably faked.

Then she got surprised and embarrassed by the intense color, whatever its source, which is not the normal color of urine.

It's unusual for urine to be this yellow, but certainly not unheard of. I would bet that this video is completely real.

I have mixed feelings on this one. It was not "a chemical in the pool", no such chemical exists.

There's no way that this is her normal pee color, unless she has that disease that turns your pee red. But, I think people with this disease can't spend time in the sun, so it seems unlikely.

I'd say it's either the antibiotic, mentioned above, that makes you pee red (IIRC, it's called Azo Gantanol), OR it's faked (she could have sat on a tube of food coloring hidden in her bikini).

I'm not sure why people are so convinced that her pee can't actually be that color. Is it really any more yellow than the pee in this video, for example: http://www.peeteevee.com/albums/video/a_very_warm_bath/

The blue background in the pool provides a contrast to the yellow which migt make people perceive it as more yellow than it is, but I just don't see that as being such an absurdly unrealistic pee color that it has to be fake.

She's most likely just a little dehydrated. It reminds me of a older wetset video of a girl taking a brown piss through her panties. Protip: if your pee is brown, your liver is not working as it should. See a doctor.
