Martha Marcy May Marlene wetting scene

I just finished watching the film Martha Marcy May Marlene this morning. It's a little indie gem starring Elizabeth Olsen (younger sister of Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen-- she's WAY hotter than either of them). I was surprised to see a wetting scene pretty early on in the film! It looked real to me--I think she really pissed herself! She was wearing a pink dress at the time, and there's a pretty substantial wetspot on her bum when she's done. Too bad I never got to see this at the cinema--that must've looked glorious on the big screen! Anyway, I put it up on YouTube if you lot wanna check it out:

Martha--Elizabeth Olsen's character--had just escaped from a cult she'd been in for two years. At the start of the scene, she was dreaming about the time she'd slipped a sedative into the drink of a young teen girl so that the cult's leader could have his way with her. The memory of that made her wet herself in her sleep.
