Public peeing accident...or not?

I came across this on Tumblr and this photo is confusing me. Is it just my imagination or did she pee herself? Maybe she just sat on a wet bench....
I wonder if it even looks like she's wearing a diaper, but maybe it's just the shape of her pants and in that case she shouldn't be wet!
What do you think?

I mean, the photo has hashtags with diaper and even the title is something with a diaper, so it is obvious she is wearing a diaper. Diapers can cause leakage, so she could be wet even with a diaper.

Well the hashtags are added by third parties. But still I'd say she's definitely wearing a diaper. And yes, checking for wetness. :-)

To me it looks like poop in her diaper or pants. The first photo doesn't have a big wet patch but some streaking that could be discolored. NTTAWWT
