What I remember is that the incident was widely reported across mainstream news sites, often with a photo that blurred the girl's face and her crotch.
And the media reported that it was captured on video, and the video was circulating.
But the complete, unedited video quickly became difficult or impossible to find. Only partial clips that were heavily blurred were available.
Mainstream news sites obviously had legal and ethical reasons for not wanting to show her face or her crotch. But I found it curious that an unedited version could not be found even on adult sites or the darker corners of the internet. I did not search the dark web, as that term is used in the IT community. But I was surprised that the original video was not easily available.
