OK, you can't see anything - she did say that "it wasn't a full on puddle," and she keeps her dress closed until she flashes her bikini/underwear for just a second at the end. Also, I'm sorry that its not HD, I could only find this resolution. Still, she herself admitted that she did wet a bit during the performance, so here it is:

Bikini girl is embarrassingly outsang and upstaged by Kara. I think she wanted the stage to swallow her up, going by the look of humiliation on her face. Bikini girl obviously didn't know this was going to happen. All in the name of entertainment.
