The "towel" she is carrying is a wrap to cover the bottom. You see shots of other women wearing it in the vid.

I also don't see how this could be a shadow there are many lights from many different angles. Typically you see shadows in pics/vids where the lighting is poor.

I'm going to say she was using the toilet backstage during costume change and was rushed on stage without having time to finish or wipe properly.

For what it's worth, in my opinion it is not shadow, because it seems to retain it's shape as she moves.
