I don't know what film this is from, and I can't figure out what language it is, either. But it's worth a look.

Korean Drama. A high school girl is locked up in a utility room by bullies. The girl becomes desperate to pee. When the bullies come back to let her out, she wets her undies. The girl takes her white undies off and throws them against the wall, causing drops of urine splashing on the main bullies' head.

The actress was 24 at the time of shooting.

Rasukan Ablasa - 2009

A young woman (played by Fouziah Ghous) wets herself out of fear while a man attempts to console her. The pee is shown darkening her white slacks and then forming a puddle on the floor. The handsome Meeta (Parineeti Chopra) is locked in a room by her boyfriend Nikhil (Sidharth Malhotra), because she is not allowed to see her father. When her boyfriend comes back later, he touches her pink sari and finds that she has wet herself. She excuses herself, stating: 'I drink a lot of water. So I couldn't control it.'.

Three high school girls are abducted by a killer and tied up. He kills one of them, and one wets herself from fear in reaction. You hear the urine dripping but there's nothing to see. The killer seems to make a remark about the peeing.

Can't Take It Back - 2017

Following a group of students who leave hateful comments on a social media page of a fellow pupil who recently committed suicide. The students are slowly dragged into a horror story of online bullying and terror.

One of the students, Nicole (Lexi Atkins), totally freaks out during a pop quiz and pees her pale blue denim shorts in fear when, tormented by a vengeful spirit. We see quite a bit of yellow pee realistically streaming out of her shorts, creating a dark patch on her shorts and a puddle on the floor. Her class mates film this with their smartphones.

The teacher asks for the school nurse and later we see Nicole arriving home, wearing her school sports shorts. Then she sees that someone has posted a video of the incident on YouTube entitled: 'FREAK GIRL NICOLE PISSES HER PANTS IN CLASS!!!!' Below the video someone comments: 'time 4 new pampers LOL'.

The actress was 24 at the time of shooting.
